**Why pinned?** `@peculiar/x509` v2 requires a `reflect-metadata` polyfill/import at each runtime entry point. CyberChef currently avoids that cross-bundle polyfill cost and complexity, so v1 remains the project baseline unless that tradeoff is revisited.
