|
|
<p><em>Died:</em> July 6, 1890, Westminster, England.</p>

<p class=just>Helmore graduated from Magdalen College, Oxford (B.A. 1840, M.A. 1845). He was ordained in the Anglican church and became vice-principal and precentor at St. Mark’s College, Chelsea, where he served 35 years. In 1846 he was appointed master of the choristers in the Chapel Royal. His works include:</p>
