<h2>203. INDWELLING</h2>
|
|
<p><i>What is the result or evidence of God dwelling in us, and we dwelling in God?</i> We can but give a few of the Scriptures, reminding our readers that the Greek word <i>meno</i> is translated in our Testament by eight different words, viz., abide, continue, remain, tarry, be present, endure, stand, and dwell. The following are a few of the results or evidences.</p>

<p>1. <b>Feeding</b> upon Christ (<a id="fem203-si1" onclick="return mV('Jhn',6,56);">Jhn 6:56</a>).</p>
|
|
<p>2. <b>Christ</b> dwelling in our hearts by faith (<a id="fem203-si2" onclick="return mV('Eph',3,17);">Eph 3:17</a>).</p>

<p>3. <b>Keeping</b> His commandments (<a id="fem203-si3" onclick="return mV('1Jo',3,24);">1Jo 3:24</a>).</p>
|
|
<p>4. <b>Dwelling</b> in love (<a id="fem203-si4" onclick="return mV('1Jo',4,16);">1Jo 4:16</a>).</p>
|
|
<p>5. <b>Confessing</b> Jesus as the Son of God (<a id="fem203-si5" onclick="return mV('1Jo',4,15);">1Jo 4:15</a>)</p>

<p>6. <b>Abiding</b> in the light (<a id="fem203-si6" onclick="return mV('1Jo',2,10);">1Jo 2:10</a>).</p>
