<p>What does fire represent?</p>
|
|
<p>1. <b>The Presence of God.</b> "And Mount Sinai was altogether on a smoke, because the Lord descended upon it in fire" (<a id="fem143-si1" onclick="return mV('Exd',19,18);">Exd 19:18</a>).</p>
|
|
<p>2. <b>Righteouness of God.</b> "From His right hand went a fiery law for them" (<a id="fem143-si2" onclick="return mV('Deu',33,2);">Deu 33:2</a>).</p>
|
|
<p>3. <b>Judgment of God.</b> The Lord shall trouble thee this day…and burnt them with fire" (<a id="fem143-si3" onclick="return mV('jos',7,25);">Jos 7:25</a>).</p>

<p>4. <b>Favour of God.</b> "The fire came down from heaven and consumed the burnt offering" (<a id="fem143-si4" onclick="return mV('2Ch',7,1);">2Ch 7:1</a>).</p>

<p>5. <b>Word of God.</b> "His word was in my heart as a burning fire" (<a id="fem143-si5" onclick="return mV('Jer',20,9);">Jer 20:9</a>).</p>

<p>6. <b>Protection of God.</b> "For I, saith the Lord, will be unto her a wall of fire round about" (<a id="fem143-si6" onclick="return mV('Zec',2,5);">Zec 2:5</a>).</p>
