<div class="SSN_level2">A. As Paul, separated from mother's womb.</div>

<div class="SSN_level3">1. Divine deliverance as child.</div>

<div class="SSN_level3">2. introduced into the Pharaoh's household.</div>
|
|
<div class="SSN_level3">3. Schooled in Egyptian court.</div>
|

<div class="SSN_level2">B. At age of 40, a scholar, statesman, qualified.</div>

<div class="SSN_level3">1. Conscious of God's destiny and call for him.</div>

<div class="SSN_level4">a. Visited his brethren.</div>
|
|
<div class="SSN_level4">b. He acted on the basis of what he knew.</div>
|

<div class="SSN_level5">1. "He supposed his brethren understood not."</div>
|

<div class="SSN_level5">2. Man is not indispensable, but God is.</div>

<div class="SSN_level4">c. Uneasy feeling about challenges made to people to commit life to missions or ministry.</div>

<div class="SSN_level5">1. Need to commit our lives to Christ.</div>
|

<div class="SSN_level3">3. We see such desire for activity and business.</div>

<div class="SSN_level4">a. What if our hands were always trying to demonstrate to us their business? In the morning, reveal plans for day then show enthusiasm by vigorous display of uncontrolled activity.</div>
|
|
<div class="SSN_level4">b. What the head demands of the members of the body is restful availability.</div>
|
|
<div class="SSN_level6">1. Man challenges to go, to do this, do that.</div>
|
|
<div class="SSN_level6">2. God said, "Be still and know."</div>
|
|
<div class="SSN_level2">C. Wrong timing - Moses saw Egyptian assaulting. If every time ripe for call is now!</div>
|
|
<div class="SSN_level3">1. In a moment he became a murderer instead of a missionary.</div>
|
|
<div class="SSN_level3">2. "When he went out next day..."</div>
|
|
<div class="SSN_level4">a. His deed was known, he could not bury even one Egyptian successfully when he tackled the job.</div>
|

<div class="SSN_level4">b. When God took over the task He buried the whole army successfully in the Red Sea. That's how good God is at His business.</div>
|
|
<div class="SSN_rnum">II. MOSES' TRAINING IN GOD'S SCHOOL.</div>
|
|
<div class="SSN_level2">A. Here in desert of Midean to learn relationship not scholarship.</div>
|
|
<div class="SSN_level3">1. Ability is not as important as availability.</div>
|
|
<div class="SSN_level2">B. Then one day a bush burned and was not consumed.</div>
|
|
<div class="SSN_level3">1. One day I burned like that bush, fire only lasted 24 hours. I was left in ashes.</div>
|
|
<div class="SSN_level3">2. Too many today sitting on sidelines burned out.</div>
|
|
<div class="SSN_level2">C. Moses began (Abraham, Jacob, David, Elijah) by being a failure, this is where he qualified.</div>
|
|
<div class="SSN_level3">1. Physique - ambition - scholarship - riches cannot qualify you for that for which you were created. You were created for God Himself.</div>
|
|
<div class="SSN_level2">D. When Moses turned aside to see bush, God called him by name.</div>
|
|
<div class="SSN_level3">1. See that scraggly bush over there? I would have done "that beautifully well-shaped..."</div>
|
|
<div class="SSN_level3">2. Any old bush would do if God is in the bush. It is not the bush that sustains the flame, but God in the bush.</div>
|
|
<div class="SSN_notes">He does not give us strength - He is our strength. He does give us victory -</div>
|
|
<div class="SSN_notes">He is our victory. All that He is, I am, for it is Christ in me, the hope of glory!</div>
|
