<div class="SSN_title">"GOD'S WILL FOR YOU"</div>
<div class="SSN_rnum">I. THIS IS A COMMON CONCERN.</div>
<div class="SSN_level2">A. One of the most often asked questions of sincere believers, "How can I know God's will?"</div>
<div class="SSN_level2">B. It is a correct concern.</div>
<div class="SSN_level3">1. We, each of us, should be asking, "What does God want me to do?"</div>
<div class="SSN_level4">a. Paul's first question upon recognition of Lordship of Jesus, "Who art thou, Lord?"</div>
<div class="SSN_level2">C. What is God's will for you?</div>
<div class="SSN_level3">1. "In everything give thanks."</div>
<div class="SSN_level4">a. Let's start here.</div>
<div class="SSN_level4">b. People don't like this.</div>
<div class="SSN_level5">1. I want to know whether or not to move.</div>
<div class="SSN_level5">2. That's so elementary.</div>
<div class="SSN_level4">c. How can you graduate into high cchool if you flunk elementary school? </div>
<div class="SSN_level5">1. You want to learn to read without learning your numbers.</div>
<div class="SSN_level4">d. We must begin with basics.</div>
<div class="SSN_rnum">II. HOW CAN I GIVE THANKS IN EVERYTHING?</div>
<div class="SSN_level2">A. You may object, "That's hard to do." I'll go you one better - "That's impossible to do, unless..."</div>
<div class="SSN_level3">1. God would never command you to do something impossible without also enabling you to obey.</div>
<div class="SSN_level3">2. To the blind He says, "See;" to the deaf He says, "hear;" to the lame He says, "walk;" to the feeble He says, "be strong."</div>
<div class="SSN_level4">a. All of them impossible commands in the natural.</div>
<div class="SSN_level4">b. But the blind did see, the lame did walk.</div>
<div class="SSN_level2">B. You must be absolutely assured of three things.</div>
<div class="SSN_level3">1. God loves me.</div>
<div class="SSN_level4">a. To be assured, don't look at yourself. You'll be asking, "How can God love me?"</div>
<div class="SSN_level4">b. You must look to God's Word.</div>
<div class="SSN_level4">c. Satan will tell you God doesn't love you.</div>
<div class="SSN_level5">1. So often point to circumstances to prove his point. </div>
<div class="SSN_level5">2. If God loved you, why did He allow...?</div>
<div class="SSN_level3">2. God is in control of everything that has to do with my life.</div>
<div class="SSN_level4">a. Nothing can happen to me that God does not allow or control.</div>
<div class="SSN_level4">b. Awesome implications. If I complain about anything, I am complaining against God. </div>
<div class="SSN_level5">1. But I just lost my job. </div>
<div class="SSN_level5">2. They just repossessed my car. </div>
<div class="SSN_level5">3. I've just been evicted.</div>
<div class="SSN_level3">3. God is wiser than I.</div>
<div class="SSN_level4">a. You say, "Oh, anybody knows that."</div>
<div class="SSN_level5">1. Do you?</div>
<div class="SSN_level5">2. How often this lump of clay has challenged the potter.</div>
<div class="SSN_level5">3. After many, many years in looking back, I must admit He was always right.</div>
<div class="SSN_level4">b. You say, "It's hard to live with someone who is always right."</div>
