<div class="SSN_intro">Intro: The Pharisees and the Sadducees had been trying to trap Jesus with trick questions. Jesus then asked them a question.</div>
|

<div class="SSN_rnum">I. WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE MESSIAH, WHOSE SON IS HE?</div>
|
|
<div class="SSN_level2">A. They were offended by Jesus' claim to be the Son of God. <a onClick="return mV('Jhn',19,7);">John 19:7</a>.</div>

<div class="SSN_level2">B. You cannot pass Christ off lightly.</div>

<div class="SSN_level3">1. If He is not the Son of God:</div>

<div class="SSN_level4">a. He is a hoax, liar, charlatan, deceiver.</div>

<div class="SSN_level4">b. He was not a great teacher, a good man.</div>

<div class="SSN_level3">2. If He is the Son of God:</div>
|
|
<div class="SSN_level4">a. And you refuse Him, you are sealing your own eternal destiny.</div>

<div class="SSN_level4">b. Everything He said is true, and to believe in Him is eternal life.</div>

<div class="SSN_rnum">III. WHAT EVIDENCE DO WE HAVE?</div>

<div class="SSN_level2">A. Peter said, "I was an eye witness." If you don't want to accept that, "We have the more sure Word of prophesy."</div>
