<h2>488. WHAT IS A CHRISTIAN?</h2>

<p>1. A Christian is one who has <b>life in Christ</b>. "He that hath the Son hath life" (<a id="fem488-si1" onClick="return mV('1Jo',5,12);">1Jo 5:12</a>).</p>

<p>2. A Christian is one who has <b>liberty by Christ</b>. "The Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free" (<a id="fem488-si2" onClick="return mV('Rom',8,2);">Rom 8:2</a>).</p>

<p>3. A Christian is one who has received <b>light from Christ</b>. "He that followeth Me…shall have the light of life" (<a id="fem488-si3" onClick="return mV('Jhn',8,12);">Jhn 8:12</a>).</p>
