Questions frequently surface regarding the differences between different versions and translations, especially with the claim that there are “<b><em><b><a href="#versions">missing verses</a></b></em></b>” in the more modern English versions. There are several works available that discuss the debate over the Greek sources of the New Testament. Therefore, we leave the reader to search out those sources for answers to this question, after much prayer for our Lords wisdom and guidance. We provide multiple versions for comparison purposes. Where possible, we provide the marginal note translation for the “<b><em><b><a href="#versions">missing verses</a></b></em></b>

This Bible is printed and published by Cambridge University Press, the Queen's royal printer, under royal letters patent. The text commonly available now is actually that of the 1769 revision, <em><b>not that of the 1611.</b></em> The text used by BLB is the current 1769 edition.
