<p><em>Born:</em> January 22, 1792.</p>
<p><em>Died:</em> May 17, 1840.</p>
<p class="just">Lucy was the only daughter of Orlando, 2nd Baron and 1st Earl of Bradford. She married in 1820 to William Wolryche Whitmore of Dudmaston, Shropshire, England. In 1824, she published <em>Family Prayers for Every Day in the Week</em>, containing 14 original hymns (second edition, 1827).</p>
