<p><em>Died:</em> May 20, 1726, Richmond, Surrey, England.</p>

<p>Brady attended Westminster School, Christ Church, Oxford, and Trinity College. After being ordained, he served for a while in County Cork before moving to London. There he was vicar of St. Catherine Cree church 1691-1696. He was also chaplain to King William II and Queen Anne. His collaborative works with <a href = "./hymns/hymns_bio/bio_t_a_tate_n.html" >Nahum Tate</a> include:

<p>These were followed by several editions over the next few years, a supplement in 1708, and four more editions up through 1740.</p>
