<p>Christ is the Ever-living, Immutable, and Unchanging One.</p>
|
|
<p>1. <b>Christ's eternal relationship with God.</b> "The <i>same</i> was in the beginning with God" (<a id="fem336-si1" onclick="return mV('Jhn',1,2);">Jhn 1:2</a>).</p>
|
|
<p>2. <b>Christ's identity known by what He did.</b> "The <i>same</i> is He who baptizeth with the Holy Ghost" (<a id="fem336-si2" onclick="return mV('Jhn',1,33);">Jhn 1:33</a>).</p>
|
|
<p>3. <b>Christ's exaltation because of His faithful work.</b> "God hath made that <i>same</i> Jesus…Lord and Christ" (<a id="fem336-si3" onclick="return mV('Act',2,36);">Act 2:36</a>).</p>
