<div class="SSN_rnum">I. Neither do men light a candle and put it under a bushel.</div>

<div class="SSN_level2">A. The purpose of light is to give light.</div>
|

<div class="SSN_level2">B. The purpose of salt is to be salty.</div>
|

<div class="SSN_level3">1. If if is not salty, it is worthless.</div>
|

<div class="SSN_level3">2. It must fulfill the basic purpose of it's existence.</div>
|

<div class="SSN_level2">C. We are the light of the world, we must fulfill the purpose by giving light.</div>

<div class="SSN_level3">2. It is sad that so many however try to hide the light.</div>

<div class="SSN_level3">3. A little boy came to his pastor and asked for prayer because he was going to a school camp where there would not be any other Christians. When he came home, his minister asked him how it went. He answered, "Great, they never found out."</div>

<div class="SSN_level2">D. The bible says concerning Jesus that in Him was life and the life was the light of man. And the light shineth in the darkness and the darkness could not extinguish it.</div>
