163. GLORY OF JESUS

1. The glory of His Holiness is seen in His life (Hbr 7:26).

2. The glory of His grace is seen in His dealings with sinners (Luk 7:47).

3. The glory of His love is seen in His Cross (Gal 2:20).

4. The glory of His compassion is seen in His weeping over Jerusalem (Luk 19:41).

5. The glory of His power is seen in His miracles. Think of what He did.

• He raised the dead (Mat 9:25; Luk 7:11-17; Jhn 11:44);
• He healed the sick (Mat 4:24);
• He opened the eyes of the blind (Mat 9:27-30);
• He unstopped deaf ears (Mar 7:32);
• He unloosed stammering tongues (Mat 9:33);
• He fed five thousand and more from five barley loaves and two small fishes (Jhn 6:9-10);
• He stilled the tempest (Mar 4:39);
• He cast out demons (Mar 5:1-20);
• He cleansed the lepers (Mat 8:2-4);
• He straightened the crooked (Luk 13:11-13);
• He turned water into wine (Jhn 2:7-10); and
• He rose from the dead (2Cr 5:15).
