    1. Abib or Nisan (Exd 12:2-37; Exd 13:4; Neh 2:1; Est 3:7);
    2. Iyar or Zif (1Ki 6:1);
    3. Sivan (Est 8:9);
    4. Tammuz (Eze 8:14);
    5. Ab;
    6. Elul (Neh 6:15);
    7. Ethanim or Tishri (1Ki 8:2);
    8. Marchesvan or Bul (1Ki 6:38);
    9. Chisleu (Zec 7:1);
    10. Tebeth (Est 2:16);
    11. Sebat (Zec 1:7);
    12. Adar (Est 3:7).

  2. Important fact—Events in the seventh month. The seventh month of the year was distinguished by,
    1. the feast of trumpets (Num 29:1-6),
    2. the day of atonement (Lev 23:26-32),
    3. the feast of tabernacles (Lev 23:34-44),
    4. and every fiftieth year the jubilee began in this month (Lev 25:1-17).
